The quality switcher doesn’t show up
There are only a few special cases for the quality switcher to be displayed.
1. Do you use your own mp4 videos?
You have uploaded you own mp4 files on your server or on any video hosting service.
Are you using a theme from WP-Script?
Be sure to follow those steps to get the quality swticher on the video:
- Add a new video.
- Upload and/or fill at least 2 different resolutions urls in the video resolution fields.
- Each resolution url must be unique.
Do not use the same video link for two or more resolution fields, even to make a test.
Are you using the WPS Player Shortcode?
Be sure to follow those steps to get the quality swticher on the video:
- Add at least 2 different resolutions parameters (ie. 720p and 1080p)
- Each resolution url must be unique.
Do not use the same video link for two or more resolution fields, even to make a test.
In any other case, the quality switcher may not be displayed.
2. Do you use videos from Adult Tubes?
Do your videos come from one of the following tube site?
- Redtube iframes
- Xvideos iframes
- Youporn iframes
- Youporn Gay iframes

If you are using iframes from any other Adult Tube
3. What about other sources of videos?
Any other source of videos may not have multiple resolutions files.
In those cases the quality switcher won't be displayed.
